Small business management and marketing. Topics will cover the management process, strategic planning, human resources, business promotion, pricing and inventory control.
ENT 307 ENTR FINANCE & ACCOUNTING
3 Credit Hours
This course will provide students with the knowledge of available financing options. Students will have an opportunity to prepare required documentation needed for financing for entrepreneurial businesses. This course will cover the use of computer technology and software available to help run the financials for a business including accounting concepts and financial records. The course will also familiarize the student with the tax consequences of different forms of business organizations.
ENT 308 LAUNCHING AN ENTR VENTURE
3 Credit Hours
Prepares students to launch an entrepreneurial endeavor with a complete business plan. Focuses on the immediate challenges and needs of a newly started business. This course will also prepare students to evaluate other business plans.
