Esthetics, C.A.S.

The Certificate of Applied Science in Esthetics prepares students to provide beautification services to clients to improve the look and feel of their skin and facial features. Their duties include consulting with clients to select an appropriate treatment, preparing a sanitary environment before a procedure and offering treatments such as facials, extractions, microdermabrasion, chemical peels and waxing.

Program Admission

Admission into the CAS-Esthetics program is separate from institutional admission.  Current program admission requirements and applications are available online or by contacting the Workforce, Technical, and Computer Information Sciences Division.

*NOTE:  Previous cosmetology credits - earned more than three years ago - are not applicable toward WVUP's CAS-Esthetics degree requirements.
