Chemical & Polymer Operator, C.A.S.
The Certificate of Applied Science in Chemical and Polymer Operator is a hands-on program that prepares individuals to enter the field of process operator/technician. On-the-job training is an integral component to this cooperative program and is arranged with employers in the chemical and polymer industry. Students will complete two semesters that includes classroom time and field experience, which takes place at Chemours. During this field experience, students will learn the process of the plant industry and gain hands on experience, all while earning $20 per hour.
