Agribusiness, A.A.S
The Associate of Applied Science in Agribusiness develops knowledge, skills, and abilities in managing and operating a successful agribusiness. This degree includes business courses that provide you with the knowledge to manage the financial and management aspects of farming, from production marketing to production sales. You will experience hands-on courses, conveniently located at The Riverhawk Farm. Students will develop an understanding of what it takes to run and maintain a farm operation, while also acquiring skills to transition easily into any working agribusiness.
Field/Clinical Course
These courses have a hands-on component where the student will be required to participate in Riverhawk Farm operations. The field experience will give students a better understanding of how a farm operates while in full production.
Capstone Course
A semester long project that must be taken before graduation. A “C” or better must be earned.
